Joy of Living
Nia Community Connecting Retreat
21-23.6.24
Take time to unplug from the world and be in the joy of discovering and moving Your Body’s Way.
When? 21-23 June 2024
Set in the beautiful countryside in Orleton Village near Ludlow, this is a retreat for your Body Mind and Soul. Some quality me-time nourishing your whole self, getting fitter, stronger and sparking your own creative source while connecting with a community of wonderful women.
You will be moving all weekend and movement will flow into stillness, listening, simmering in the sensation of cellular Joy. You will be guided to listen to your body every moment. To adapt the range of motion of movements and speed so that you are starting to measure the sensation of Your body’s Way of moving.
Whether you are a Nia student, teacher or perhaps a friend of a Nia student or teacher and are curious to try out Nia, this will be a PERFECT opportunity to take some time to unplug, drop into sensation and be fully present.. Think of it like a mindfulness retreat. You will spend most of the weekend dancimg, connecting, meditating, nurturing your body, mind and spirit!
We will offer you challenges to expand your potential as a mover and will guide you to take safe risks and break habits.
This will be such a joyful experience in the body. A real visit into the felt sense of who you are, moving, creating and connecting through the body from Friday to Sunday.
The resonance of this experience will simmer in your cells when you leave, too.
We are joined by teachers from across the UK, seasoned and new. As well as happy Nia students. Come and meet our amazing community!
